Tucked behind the main residence, this custom-designed pool house blends luxury and leisure in one sleek, cohesive space. Soft timber tones, clean lines, and integrated lighting create a calming backdrop for slow mornings and sunset sessions.
The LIORA Pool House Ashgrove project is a masterclass in relaxed elegance, designed as a functional retreat just steps from the main residence. Set against a backdrop of tropical greenery and travertine stone, the structure offers seamless connection between the indoors and out. High-pitched ceilings and open gables lend a breezy, coastal character, while full-length sheer curtains and natural textures add softness to the architectural precision.
Inside, the space unfolds into distinct zones—each with its own purpose, yet unified by a consistent material palette of light timber, soft stone, and ambient lighting. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with integrated appliances and a stone splashback that elevates its simplicity. A built-in dining setting flows into a custom lounge nook, offering a relaxed, social hub perfect for long afternoons poolside.
Beyond the entertainment space, the poolhouse includes a spa-style bathroom and a private sauna—transforming this backyard addition into a personal wellness zone. Arched thresholds, wall-mounted lighting, and minimalist fixtures lend the bathroom a quiet luxury, while the timber-clad sauna adds warmth both visually and experientially. It’s a thoughtful extension that serves everyday life as much as special occasions.
